      DIOS Deans, originally from Taiwan Meitai Technology, was founded in Taiwan in 2000 by five senior engineering doctors and an investor. It is a high-tech semiconductor company integrating R&D, design, production and manufacturing. Headquartered in Taiwan, we have assembly and testing facilities in Shenzhen, Jinan, Chengdu, Yangzhou, as well as Hong Kong, Newhouse, and Taipei.

      The company has passed ISO-9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. The main products include diodes, rectifiers, transistors, MOSFETs, protection devices, power management chips, AC-DC converters and controllers, DC-DC switches and linear regulators. We have dozens of packaging product lines with an annual production capacity of over 20 billion units. Our products focus on the high growth end user device market, such as TV/satellite box, electrical measurement, electricity meter, instrument, data communication equipment, power supply, brushless DC motor fan for medical devices, serial connection, and automotive applications.
